USEFUL DEFINITIONS
Registration
The process through which a student reserves a seat and 添加s their name to the roster for a section of a course. At Coker, registration is done in CobraStop.
Drop/Add Period
This is the period during which students are permitted to 添加 or 删除 courses from their schedules with no record or academic penalty.
Withdrawal Period
学生 may 删除 a course from their schedule with no academic penalty. However, there will be a “W” record to indicate that the student was withdrawn from the class. After the withdrawal period ends students receive a grade of F if they withdraw (officially or unofficially).
Semester Hour
This is the unit of measurement for credits at Coker University.
